Yes. Aven Fitness Coaching is designed so you can report issues, leave comments, and request adjustments. If you experience sharp pain, numbness, dizziness, chest pain, or unusual symptoms, stop the workout immediately and consult the appropriate healthcare provider.
No. Aven Fitness provides online personal training and corrective-exercise-informed coaching. It is not medical care, diagnosis, or physical therapy.
Your program is built around the equipment you actually have — whether that's a full gym, a set of dumbbells at home, or resistance bands. This is covered in your intake assessment so your program fits your setup.
Aven Fitness programs are built for fitness coaching, not medical diagnosis or treatment. If you have pain, injury concerns, medical restrictions, or symptoms during exercise, you should stop and consult the appropriate healthcare provider. Clients returning from injury are required to have physician clearance before beginning.

AvenFitness provides online personal training designed to help clients improve strength, fitness, mobility, and overall health through structured exercise programming and coaching. Coaching services may include customized workout programs, exercise video demonstrations, weekly progress check-ins, program updates and adjustments, exercise technique feedback through submitted videos, and messaging communication for training-related questions.
Clients agree to follow the exercise program to the best of their ability, communicate honestly about injuries or health changes, perform exercises within their own limits, and stop exercise if pain, dizziness, or unusual discomfort occurs. Results depend on consistency, effort, and individual factors.
Coaching communication is provided through the designated training platform or email. Clients may submit questions and exercise videos for feedback. Trainers will make reasonable efforts to respond within 24 hours.
Training programs may be updated periodically based on progress, feedback, and goals. Clients are encouraged to communicate regularly so programs can be adjusted appropriately.
Online coaching is provided through a recurring monthly membership. Payment must be received to maintain active coaching services. Failure to maintain payment may result in suspension of coaching services.
Clients may cancel their coaching membership at any time before the next billing cycle to avoid additional charges. Once a billing cycle begins, services remain active until the end of that cycle.
Due to the digital nature of coaching services, payments are generally non-refundable once services have been delivered. Exceptions may be considered at the discretion of AvenFitness.
AvenFitness coaching is intended for general fitness improvement. The trainer is not a physician, physical therapist, or licensed medical provider. Coaching services are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Participation in an exercise program involves inherent risks. By participating in coaching services, clients acknowledge and accept these risks. AvenFitness shall not be held liable for injuries, damages, or losses resulting from participation in the training program except where prohibited by law.
By enrolling in AvenFitness coaching services, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
